I think it is a great place to take clients out to lunch, or come out with friends for some awesome Sangrias. The food is excellent, if you are into healthy eating. It is not crazy expensive $$ per person with drinks.
And even though it is packed during lunch time, there is plenty of sitting arrangements both inside and outside.

African restaurant with Middle Eastern food. Make sure to make reservations. $$ – per person. Try to come in on Tue or Wed night, it is a happening place. 9pm Belly dancers show, after 11pm turnes into a club. Beautiful middle eastern decore, and multiple rooms create and atmosphere of almost a castle. Everyone is friendly. Great for birthday parties – with its separate banque menue. Sangrias are great.

Got to tell you this is not a typical “My kind of place”, but it is a lot of fun.

If you are a beer lover this place is for you. Only two kinds of beer though – light and dark. From what I’ve been told by the beer “experts” this is the best beer in New York City.

And while you are enjoying your 6th glass of beer, you can look around and see that walls of this place are filled with history. You will see old pictures and articles from the newspapers. This place is considered to be one of the oldest breweries in New York.

Floor is covered with oats (the food for horses :-) )

Overall I would definitely come back there again, located in the heart of Ukranian community of New York, it is filled with students from surrounding area, and it is not expensive at all.

p.s. They do serve food there but it is definitely not the place to come in for wining and dining.

This is a nice place to have a business meeting over lunch, or to have drinks after work. Even though it does get crowded there is room for everyone.

If you are going there for lunch, make sure to have reservations, food is tasty and not that expensive $$

Enjoy yourself in a formal Wall Street like environment :-)

This place is in Brooklyn. This is a cool lounge, where you can come in for drinks and delicious food. It is populated mostly by Russians and mostly by regulars that come there almost every day. :-)

But it is a fun crowed, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. Plus it is not expensive at all $$

This is a Russian restaurant made in a good French tradition. Fusion of Russian and French food that completes a beatiful decore of the place will make your evening romantic and fary tale like.

I had my 25th Birthday party there, where I completely booked it for my party, it fits 110 people and considering exceptional service – it is a dream come true when it comes down to food, service and decore

This wonderful Russian restaurant is perfect for a big Birthday bash or a Wedding. One of the differences for what Russian restaurants are famous is Banque – whereby you will have food coming non-stop from 8 pm until 2 am, for a fixed price. This is very comfortable for a large party. Quality of food is excellent, service is great, the decore is wonderful. It can be considered more on the expensive side $$ – $$$

In this cozy and classy place you will feel like a Queen or a King. Given a proper attire, there are many things to enjoy. First of all you will be delighted with the decor and atmosphere of the place, and I am not forgetting the silverware (always impressive). Plus the food is exquisite and everything is served with caviar. I was there once and I am coming back and bringing my friends again. Highly suggest if you need to show of or just have a good time. And did I mention an extensive Wine list.

I have to warn you I only been to this place a dozen times during lunch hour. And when it is lunch around Wall street there are not that many options for food. A place decent enough to come in with a client, or just bring a friend.

Ladies think about that perfect Cob salad that will not add pounds to your figure, but at the same time will satisfy your hunger (with bacon crumbs, blue cheese, boiled egg and chicken).

And if you are hungry for some meat, there is that perfectly done burger or my personal favorite Bangers and Mash.

So if you are in the area this is one of the places to go for lunch. Just one tiny bit of bug for me, its a bit too loud for my taste, since they have big screen TVs with sports, but then again it may be a turn on.

If you work in Financial district you are probably familiar with this place. Yes, the party is happening here, live music late at night (not on every night though), and pretty good food to munch on (mini burgers and all).

Definitely a place to check out for an after work drink, but make sure to do reservations, since the place is packed, and I mean PACKED with people outside during summer time. (one of the reasons I stopped going there is it is packed outside during summer that you literally have no place to stand and its stretches a block in each directions)
